A conversation
with the lake.
The concept layers a pool basement, walkout entertaining spaces, road-level living and garage, a bedroom floor and an open roof observation deck.
Exposed concrete, dark steel and generous glazing establish the material direction. Signature features remain subject to specialist engineering and approvals.
